1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that are damaged or used will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to skincare products, makeup, and personal care items. These items are clearly marked on the product page as non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your product.
Step 3: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label.
Step 4: Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is not in its original condition, or if there is damage, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

6. Shipping Costs
